Sunscreen

Do you wear sunscreen in winter? Hopefully you answered yes to the question. You should even be wearing it when indoors. Maybe you already know and do it but if you don’t here’s why.  Even in winters the skin absorbs ultraviolet rays, you can even get a sunburn.

So why were it when indoors, well there are windows (unless you sit in a windowless room) and there is a risk of exposure.  Also, there is exposure to computer and phone screens and that blue light can be damaging that can be harmful to her skin as well.

I have written about sunscreen before and I have a new fav to add to the list @coola Full Spectrum 360 degree Sun Silk Drops Organic Suncreen SPF30.  It was a recommendation @skinsutra_supreet   This sunscreen is made to helps against blue light, sun exposure, infrared and pollution.  Besides protecting against the bad stuff, the hyaluronic acid and neroli flower extract help hydrate and calm the skin.

It is part of my AM routine. After applying moisturizer I apply a few drops of sunscreen to my face, neck and décolletage.  It absorbs well into the skin without leaving any stickiness.  It’s available at @sephora for $46.
