L’Oréal Lumi Drops VS Cover FX Custom Enhancing Drops

As promised I recently tried both L’Oréal Lumi Drops and the Cover FX Custom Enhancing Drops and here are my first impressions:

L’Oréal Lumi: comes in Daybreak and Golden Hour.  

PRO: At about $15 it is definitely affordable.  I tried golden hour by mixing a few drops in my liquid foundation.  It gave my skin a soft glow. 

CON: I tried using it as a highlighter but had an issue blending it out. 

Cover FX Custom Enhancing Drops: comes in 7 colors.  Like the Lumi Drops I mixed the Cover FX drops into my foundation.  

PRO: It gave my skin a beautiful glow.  It is really pigmented so I feel a little goes a long way with these drops.  I have also used them as a highlighter and it blended out great.   

CON: At $42 they are a bit pricey.
